Shipping Information

Orders of in-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Due to our extensive selection of styles, sizes, and colors, some items may periodically be out of stock. We will do our best to make sure all items are back instock as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation including a tracking number. We will ship your order free once you reach a dollar amount of $125.01. Any order of $125.01 and above will be shipped free to addresses in the 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard Shipping

We will ship your order via the Federal Express. APO and FPO addresses are sent via the US Postal Service. Standard delivery times are 5-9 business days. papi will only ship to Domestic addresses.

Return Guidelines

You may return unworn, unlaundered items within 30 days of delivery. Due to health code regulations, Underwear, Hosiery, and Swimwear must be unworn and returned within the original packaging with the papi seal unopened. The papi seal must not be broken on the underwear box. We will process your return / exchange within 10 business days of receipt of the product and notify you once we have done so by email. If you requested a refund, we will process it on the original credit/debit card used for the purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. If you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged goods, or items that you did not order, it is important that the items remain unworn, unopened and unlaundered so we can credit you in full, including return shipping if it is a result of our error.

How to return your purchase

Please send an email to: info@papiinc.com. They will provide you with an RA# (Return Authorization Number) along with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. You must have an RA# in order to receive any credit that you deserve.

Return Fees

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is an error on our part. Orders returned to us due to a wrong address are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders returned after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if the return is accepted and has the RA#. Note that papi may refuse any return if it does not meet the Return Guidelines.
